Please join me and Robin and Pam at The Horse Inspired Growth & Learning Center Inc. in Parkton, MD to experience Horse Inspired for yourself.
Robin and Pam will take you through a series of exercises designed to elicit natural responses and patterns of behavior and invoke your playful side while your horse will be the mirror, reflecting back to you your feelings and thoughts, hidden strengths and limiting beliefs. You receive immediate, honest feedback through the horse. As one client said, “There is nowhere to hide with the horse!” Learning opportunities are in everything you do and the facilitators will expertly guide you through powerful questions, demonstration, observation, and practice by doing, teaching one another, and real-time group discussion.
After your session, I will facilitate a conversation around the learning and share what I observed about team dynamics and how this program applies to being present to yourself as coach and consultant. We will also discuss how EAL can assist your clients in working through difficult team dynamics and we will talk about using EAL as an offer to help you with business development and growing your practice.
Snacks will be available but we recommend you bring what you may need, including weather appropriate clothing, boots or comfortable shoes and if you require your own snacks and water. Please arrive by 9:30am so we can begin on time. The session with the horses will run from 10am-noon.
